Rules for Use of the Amenities:

Veer Towers’ amenities are for the enjoyment of all Veer Towers Residents, generally, on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations must be made with the Front Desk or Management Office at a time not more than four (4) months in advance and not less than (seventy-two) 72 hours. The reservation is confirmed when this form is completed, all fees and deposits are received, and approval is received from Management.

All fees and deposits must be made payable to the Veer Towers Unit Owners Association in the form of a check or money order—cash is not accepted. Any returned check for NSF will result in a $25.00 penalty fee in addition to any fee or cost levied by the Association's banking institution or the issuer's banking institution.

Amenities may not be reserved on legal holidays, Super Bowl Sunday, or Academy Awards night.

A guest list must be provided to Concierge Management at least 24 hours prior to the event. The Resident must be in attendance for the duration of the event.

All attendees of the event must valet park their vehicles. All valet parking will be subject to availability.

Parties of ten (10) or more people or any party where alcoholic beverages are served shall be supervised by a private guard.

This must be a security employee of the Association’s vendor, and the resident must pay all expenses (including overtime) when using this service.

In accordance with Nevada law, no one under the age of 21 shall be served an alcoholic beverage while on the premises.

Please note that the amenity areas are not intended for use by business, corporate, or civic organizations, and Residents may not make a reservation in their name to provide space for these organizations.


 

Refundable Deposit Acknowledgement:

Please be advised that a violation of any amenity rules or reservation guidelines including, but not limited to, the following will result in the forfeiture of my deposit:

• Exceeding the requested/approved amount of time reserved

• Exceeding the maximum number of guests

• Presence of glass anywhere on the pool deck

• Food and/or beverages in, or within 3 feet of, the pool and/or spa

• Residents or guests smoking on the pool deck

• Residents or guests standing on the infinity ledge

• Failure to clean the reserved area after use

*The above items are the most common violations; however, residents should refer to the resident handbook for a complete understanding of the rules & guidelines.


 

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read all of the above information thoroughly and agree to abide by all rules governing the use of the amenity areas. I understand that a violation of any amenity rules or reservation guidelines by myself, or any of my guests, will result in the forfeiture of my deposit and that my event may be terminated.
